Thermal validation
The Validation Source Book is a collaboration by Anville Instruments Ltd and a number of UK manufacturers and specialist importers to provide the highest quality equipment for the testing and thermal validation of sterilizers, washer disinfectors etc. to HTM2010 and HTM2030.
For thermal validation in the hospital, bio-medical and pharmaceutical industries an accurate, reliable measurement system is necessary to meet the requirements of the relevant guidelines of HTM2010, HTM2030, EN285 and EN554.
The products in the Validation Source Book include Anville data acquisition systems, Anville EaziVal 2 softare, Techne calibration baths, Dostmann temperature reference units and Ashcroft pressure calibrators for complete system calibration.
EaziVal 2 is a Windows software package specially written to provide traceable validation of thermal processes and includes a site and machine database; thermocouple and pressure sensor calibration; data logging with trend displays and on-line reporting. The machine database, calibration results, test results and reports are stored in tamper-proof encrypted files.
EaziVal 2 is designed for use with the Anville data loggers, it can be used immediately no programming is required. No software license is required for installing EaziVal 2 on your computer and copies can be downloaded free of charge from our website, allowing other computers (on or off site) to run EaziVal 2 for additional report generation, test result archiving and analysis.
